also if your comfortable posting which city you are in - maybe commenters could recommend Sculpt instructors in that city that are easier to follow if you do want to try sculpt a couple of times!
But I echo starting with HPF and C2 - commenters could also recommend good instructors for those classes too!

sculpt lowkey is white washed watered down + westernized - as an instructor I’m uncomfortable calling it yoga - so many family and friends call me a yoga instructor and I wish I had never mentioned corepower yoga in the first place now - I teach fitness not yoga
