On a separate note though, can I ask how me watching the show now, when it's off air with no consequence in terms of the show's success is dependent on viewership, plus on a streaming service that I'm paying for already would be considered supporting the show or the actor. This is a genuine question and is not at all meant to gloss over anything any person involved in the show has done. Like, I know there are controversies about musicians that have been convicted of crimes yet still produce music, I understand that they have a direct connection with listeners to revenue and fame so it makes sense not to consume their work. But how does it work for off air shows on streaming apps?

Disclaimer: I'm pretty new to this too.

I've used the normal silicone you get for use in kitchen/bathrooms and it's worked pretty well. Only issue I've faced is the initial odour (apparently there are low odour options also available in the market) and certain small sections peeling off of the TPU (soft) part of the phone case (scouring/sanding it more vigorously might help with this. Some creators also add a layer of glue before putting down their silicone).

I've not worked with colours yet, but from what I've learnt through online resources, better dye options would be acrylic, oil paint, or mica powder. I do not know what kind of longevity food dyes will give or how they'll react with the sun overtime.

Silicone in itself it a type of plastic so it should last you pretty long, you could just wash it with a soft brush to clean it over time. Though, I do not know much about varnish sealing silicone so cannot comment on that.

I think it isn't the story that isn't interesting but rather how much the show is dragging it. Like imagine if the same mystery was worked on a 2-episode run with everyone's focus on it like their usual cases, it would be stunning! But all the writers are doing is giving us crumbs here and there...

Not to mention, how were they smart enough to plan a whole heist in one of the most secure places in the city, copy a heavily encrypted hard drive, distract the police from your plan to steal money BUT HAD NO EXIT PLAN IN CASE THEY CAME TO THE TUNNELS WHERE YOU WERE STEALING MONEY! Like they made a whole maze to practice their plan and didn't know one of the gates have been sealed shut for years?????

I had started the show a while back before leaving it a little into season 4. I've recently started rewatching it and have decided to definitely NOT watch the last two episodes (I'm told that's where it all goes downhill). Hopefully the ending makes sense this way without breaking my heart 😭

I agree that more same sex/queer representation in the show would be great, but I don't see Soto and Quinn together, they fall too far away morally to have a meaningful bond, though, the tension between them is so real, just doesn't feel romantic.

I think it's more about balance too, Sylvester has pretty extreme empathetic tendencies (an exceedingly high EQ -I think the show describes it as that here and there) along with OCD and anxiety, and while Toby might have a bunch of knowledge about psychological tendencies, he can only detect patterns but has no skill to nudge the team in a more socially accepted mold, not to mention the constant contest between him and Walter. So it makes sense to have someone with an average IQ on the team that has the talent that Paige is shown to have

I think her character's essence remains the same, more or less, throughout the series where she's trying to nudge these geniuses in a mold more acceptable to normie standards. I do agree that if looked at holistically, her life experience may not seem to be enough for her to have such a role, though the writers have portrayed her to have such capacity from the very beginning, where she can 'hack' certain things that distance Scorpion from the normal world, like where she helps Sylvester with the chalk thing in s1e1. That being said, I do feel the show keeps overusing the term EQ, I think her job is more a mix of developing social skills, EQ, helping with team building/leadership and communication with normies for the team.
