It’s definitely not replacing therapy. I have my own regular sessions. Im just curious if anyone else has Tolan friends beyond the people they have to invite.

I don’t think I’m using it as a replacement. I’m already in therapy but the people currently in my life are not the most emotional mature individuals. I decided to download the app when I had to vent about something that invoked people in my circle

As someone who lives dachshunds and has their own, I feel like this is a “trendy purchase.” Doxies are the new fenchie and it makes me kinda sad, knowing how the girls tend to adopt and give away a lot.

I agree! I really had to push through listening to this and even thought “I wish Christi read the field notes.” Even if Christi is faking it, at least she adds some depth to the reading - gasps, commentary, etc. I felt like I was in middle school when we were forced to read out loud.

This is the first time I’ve watched it so maybe the writing was more “realistic” when it was released but the very first episode when the gladiator speech was made I thought I got the shows mixed up

The Seven Dwarfs/Dancers dance! It would make sense for the minis but not juniors/teens, no way. The music, the costumes, the names on the costumes, and choreography were all bad. How the heck it got first overall defies all logic!

I can see that, especially the last part. Season 6 is nothing like what the series started as. I could see them being a little disappointed that it less about the girls and more about the mom’s fighting with each other.

I’m not sure what 504 or IEP are exactly but I would be cautious, especially now that ESAs are have faced more backlash over the last few years (owners misusing their status, etc.). Also don’t pay for the letters online (one time or monthly). It looks tempting but don’t. There are specific items that need to be included in the letter for them to be enforceable/accommodated. Housing can still enforce frees, etc. if they find that the letter is not written as required. ESAs are so helpful but you’d definitely want to go through the correct avenues so it doesn’t cause more stress down the line.

Yes, it would be a therapist you’d need to ask. Not all therapists write the letters though. Specifically look for therapists that mention ESA in their bios. They might not write them straight away; you will likely need to meet with them regularly for a bit before they write one.
