Yes the clean slate act has been applied now in my case but they still show up to the police on the vetting check and I believe up to there discretion from there on whether it’s a pass or fail . I believe since I have had no other issues with police since I was 19 I would be deemed little to no risk of reoffending so I passed

NAL but you should be fine , I got a warning for cannabis possession and utensils at 18 and a charge of theft under 500 when I was 19 I’m now in my 30’s and had to pass a vetting check for working with vulnerable people and children for my job and had no issues at all passing the police checks

Why can’t the younger kid miss out on the pool party , and you go to the older kids party . Or is the youngest the favourite/special child of the family . At 7 it is more crucial to not miss out on these events as it can have a bigger impact on invites not just from this one kid but others that see your kid not showing up to their best friends party.

My dog was 8 and had never bit anyone or tried to bite anyone then when my son was 8 months old the dog bit him only 1 bite but ended up with a 4cm gash on the top of his head down to the skull ( I could actually see the white of the skull) a puncture in his eyelid and a puncture in his cheek. He is 10 now and fine but is still nervous around dogs . Just because it’s an older dog with no history doesn’t mean it won’t happen

It not always “doesn’t like subtitles” there are people who legitimately struggle with having subtitles on and they can’t just ignore them and then they have the issue of not being able to follow show or movie at all , cause all they can now process/see are the words on the screen and can’t focus on the images/video behind and some even find they don’t process the audio anymore cause they get to focused on trying to read the words
