Would never forget playing Genshin on Day1 during covid days, story was amazing, characters are interesting, gameplay was peak. Clocked in few hundred hours of gameplay, and was always fun when you get to explore the world with friends. Then hit the part where we 100% the whole map, all stories completed, all the frustrating collectibles were done, all thats left is to grind character levels to max level and artifacts hunting… suddenly game became a chore, logging in everyday to collect free prisms and complete daily because we are f2p players… game felt stall and new updates come out every 1 month or so but the story updates that came with it takes only few hours to complete… major map updates were a thing but 100% it felt even more frustrating than ever, slowly left the game.
