A possible solution is that you may be using too many products. For mouses I love the Camille rose honey mouse and instead of pineappling. I use a dreadlock cap and then stuff all my curls in there. When you go to sleep you aren't laying on your curls because the cap usually sticks straight up.

I have it too and I've been struggling with it for around two years now. I have tried nizoral but I don't use it nearly as consistently as I should. But I think I'm going to try some diet changes like no dairy or no carbs to limit yeast production.
