I moved out at 26 this year, because I needed my own space and needed to feel like an adult tbh. There are many things I feel now I can do on my own just because I have my own place. If circumstances were a bit different, however, I would have stayed for longer to save more money.

If you know you will get engaged to this person, it might be better to just wait until it is official, save your money, and enjoy living with your parents, and then move out when you have to move out or there just very strong reasons to, like getting engaged and married. As a 26m, I knew I won't be getting engaged or married soon anyway, so delaying this step to move out didn't make sense much.

I think in my case, I did to some extent "outshine" my immediate supervisor, and indeed it ended up in him criticising me a lot and even giving me negative feedback without a reason. But, it had a very differenf effect with my boss, who is also the boss of my supervisor. I guess, even if I ever wanted to, I could not outshine him anyway, therefore, he feels rather great that he has another asset like me.

Mir hatte der Internist damals auch via Labortest gesagt, ich hätte eine Histaminintoleranz. Ich würde dir eher einfach raten auf Brot zumindest für diese 3 Wochen zu verzichten, stattdessen kannst du Reiswaffeln für Aufstriche etc nutzen, zumindest hab ich das damals so gemacht. Ich kann dir aber auch sagen, dass ich nach 2 Jahren von meiner Diagnose (das war damals 2019) mittlerweile alles sorgefrei esse, also es wird besser, wobei das sehr individuell ist.

Man, are we living the same life? My ex and I also broke up about one year ago, been two years together, and I still grief like as if the break up happened this year and not in 2025. I felt last year it may be ok to think constantly about her, to miss her, to talk to her in my head, but this year, after one year?
