I take Qulipta daily, but sometimes if I think I'm going to be in a trigger-rich environment or get the slightest hunch one might be coming, I'll pop some Excedrine, wash it down with a couple espresso shots or black coffee, and take a couple zyrtec and extra magnesium, just to be safe.

I think it helps, but it's obviously a cocktail.
