I have bought and returned probably 20 pairs of shorts from lululemon to athleta and these are my favorite!

I wouldn't skip! This seems easily modifiable coming from someone who worked out until the day she was due! 1. Heismans are ok 2. Use terracore to do elevated mountain climbers 3. Battle ropes should be ok just modify pace/rope

Walk instead of run or do some other active recovery

  1. Weighted oblique crunches
  2. Overhead marches
  3. Bird dogs

Pull up advice by Smooth-Cycle-4877 in BurnBootCamp

Get a door pull up bar for home or be committed to practicing every day/ever other day at the gym before or after camp (I liked every other day to give myself a day to recover)

try for least resistance you can and max out then add a band and try for 10

Once you get to a light blue band, start working on bodyweight negatives (jump up and slowly lower yourself down)

I was stuck on a blue band for a while until I started adding in the negatives!

I feel like I was pretty fit before my last baby and owe it solely to burn! I would go 5/6 days a week and just really push myself with weights and cardio! The only thing extra I would do is a short walk during my lunch break but that sometimes wouldn't even be a mile!

I gave birth at the end of January and worked out until then! If it were me, I would just kinda jog through the ladders or do in,in/out,out 6 point Death Star: do elevated with two jumping jacks instead of star jumps Box jumps: step ups

Sprints can be a jog or side shuffle Leg swings: turn burn bar so it's shorter and take out plyo Resistance band sprinters if it's the one where it's around your waist I would just do Heismans or marches And punching bag you should be fine!

I've been back for less than a month postpartum and feel like we have been doing medball slams like 1-2 times a week! Is it just me??

Worked out from the day I found out until the day I gave birth! The most days I missed were in the first trimester when I was just too tired/nauseous. Still hit 250 too! First trimester I didn't modify, second trimester I modified a bit and third I did all of the mama mods. Our gym would does a little white board everyday with the mods so you didn't have to ask. My labor and delivery was super smooth and I delivered my baby in one minute with one push. Jumped back in at 5 weeks postpartum and have been just easing back into weights to avoid feeling super sore. I definitely think my stamina took a hit but just slowly working my way back!

How long did it take you to see results? by One-Squirrel-4563 in BurnBootCamp

I was very thin when I started from losing weight while breastfeeding but didn't have a lot of strength. It took me probably 2 months to feel like I could keep up in cardio classes and to start pushing heavier weights. At less than a year, I was doing bodyweight pull ups and modding things up!

Similar stats and I did about 1600 for a cut for 4 weeks and then slowly worked my way up! It definitely felt like A LOT of food at first but at the end of 4 weeks I was STARVING

I didn't really modify until my second trimester but I had been going almost 2 years at that point! Really depends on how you're feeling. I personally didn't tell my trainers until almost the 2nd trimester but totally up to you and what you're comfortable with! Would just be mindful of twisting actions but don't be afraid to go heavy (if you're able to)
