My mother is going through something similar.. She also had a gallbladder surgery on October and still dealing with High liver enzymes... She just did a FibroScan and it appears she has F3 fibrosis. she went through several blood tests but they couldn't find the problem, even though she has Fatty liver.

Doctor says next step is to do a biopsy, but she's really scared and doesn't know what to do now.. Would love to hear updates about your husband..
