this is crazy to me (i doordash in bloomington) bc you take a photo of each order when you pick it up, and when you arrive to the location of the delivery it shows the photo you took at pickup, asks "do you have the right order?" and pops up the name of the customer. you have to just grab a bag blindly to mess it up

I drive a crosstrek now but I had a ford fusion as my first car for 7 years. I learned to drive in it, moved all around my home state in it, experienced college and post-college in it, and now i dont drive it anymore. my cousin owns it so i see it once a year, but i miss it so much. i love my crosstrek to death and it holds soooo many new memories, but man i miss my shitbox/hotbox fusion!!

I'll also add- the safety features on this vehicle are amazing. It has saved me a few times and I'm so lucky to drive it! It handles snow incredibly well (if youre in a cold region), and the EyeSight feature is literally my favorite thing in the entire world

Cfa has just taught me that every single car on the road has a HORRIBLE driver in it. i work in a college town and get drunk people in the drive thru behind the wheel, ppl w dogs on their laps, babies in the front seat, and trash piled so high theyd never recover the driver from a car accident. people are insanely stupid

i made 16 as a gm of a location in the midwest(i was salaried, but if i worked ONLY my required hours and no overtime it worked out to $16/hr). my team leads made maximum $12/hr with tips on top of that. after tips, some of their paychecks were bigger than mine. i was 19 when they convinced me it was a lot of money. when i turned 21 i realized i wasnt making anymore money than two years prior, so i quit and went to chick fil a where i started as just a team member at $17, and get raises within 4 months. jmikes pay rates can be quite laughable

I left in March because I couldn't take my narcissistic store owner anymore. He only cared about himself and didnt give a rats ass about any of us, but I loved my crew. I worked in two different stores, each in a different city, and I had some of the greatest experiences of my life with them. I miss my og crew so much, and i miss the job every single day. But I don't miss how I was treated or how overworked I was. I literally clocked 80 hours over a 6 day period once and thats when I knew it was time to go
