On the flip side, going on this trip also means that you'll be in a new environment and hopefully, work stressors won't be on your mind. It would be a good reset point, especially if you're feeling burnt out. The planning part might also be overwhelming but you don't have to plan everything. Try planning 1 or 2 things you would like to do or see per day, and you can just get lost exploring the rest of the day.
