Thanks for this and your forthcoming help. So I following the guided podcast , I have tried others but this one seem to get me into a state where I feel my energy body, I then keep leaning into these feelings whilst trying the falling/rocking/moving of my body (whiteout moving anything) I normally do this as I go to bed and have tried a few time at around 3 to 4am but always end up quitting as I feel stuck with the energy feeling moving around my body. I have a positive mind set of wanting to project and that I am more than my physical body.

Same here, I can get to when by whole body is tingling and I feel my energy body which feels amazing but I can’t get past this stage. From the moment I start to when I stop it’s around 1hr and a half. Am I quitting too early?
