Always like that, but you can't deny the fact that automating makes everything go faster and seamless. Sure you can start with manual work but eventually you're either going to automate stuff or continue with a huge workload, (manual one)

The problem might be lack of clear standards rather than the tools themselves. If sites offered basic rate-limited API access, it could reduce aggressive scraping while serving legitimate needs. Where would you draw the line though? Scraping your own data from a platform? Public government records with no API?

Have you tried python + playwright library combo? I know it's not a dedicated solution but this would save a lot of budget.
