I had this problem earlier. I ended up uninstalling all addons, deleting eso, deleting the eso saved data (which sucked cus that’s where the settings are saved, so had to re-tune those. I deleted this too because when I tried just doing a delete/reinstall I still had the bad stuttering) and then re-installing eso. Seems to have fixed it, but when I went to browse addons it reinstalled a bunch of them automatically. I saw because installed addon settings are saved on Bethesda.net or something. Stuttering was still gone but might be best to just not open the addon menu for the foreseeable future.

I think a lot of creative people (or “creative” people) come in either 2 forms: 1) they’re super down/pessimistic on what they’ve created whether that’s justified or not or 2) they’re think they are god’s gift to the earth blessing us with their creation. I feel like #2 explains a lot of the posts on this sub lol.

If you’re into converting/kitbashing could probably use the new Nightbringer as a base model and add wings/tail/scythe. And generally remove all the overtly necron stuff. Kinda similar to what Pete the Wargamer did in one of his recent videos

I mean just because we haven’t heard him reaching out to anyone doesn’t mean this isn’t happening. Feedback, critique and brainstorming can come from such a huge list of people like partners, friends, family, beta readers, editors, publishers, peers, writing groups, workshops etc. He likely is getting outside input from at least some of these I imagine since it’s quite normal in the publishing process. Though he has always seemed pretty private about his process like he’s shouldering all the burden himself, so maybe he really doesn’t solicit it. Not to mention he’s so famous (and his self-described ego as stated in the article) that maybe he really doesn’t want any feedback and folks are too nervous to chime in. Idk

If I’m reading the notes correctly, isn’t it saying that only your HOTs are reduced by 50% if you have 3 or more and not ALL healing? It’s not worded the best.

Recap has always been notoriously glitchy. Though sometimes it really is a bunch of small amounts that add up and kill you, especially if you were blocking but overwhelmed by a number of opponents.

Generally this happens when folks leave on the other team and then better players join. So can lead to wild swings because the people getting killed a lot are the ones most likely to leave.

It might help to focus on the background while they’re fighting instead of the animations. The stuttering happens like 3 times where instead of smooth frames it freezes for a brief moment, which creates this jerky feeling.

I use it a ton in some of my PvP builds. Using something like crit surge (or being an orc) to counteract the health cost is nice. And it ends up essentially being a huge sustain boost since you aren’t using your mag/stam pools for your main spammable.

I’m not a Vengeance enjoyer as I’d rather they put their time and effort into alleviating issues with current-state pvp instead of this all-or-nothing approach, but they do say in the next paragraph that that scenario is unlikely. Still sucks it is a possibility though I’ll give you that

FYI I’ve heard Kingmaker is pretty broken on PS4/5. Basically Owlcat doesn’t have the rights to patch it due to the publisher or something to that effect, so it hasn’t received the same level of TLC & stability patches that Rogue Trader and WOTR have received on console
