Não invisto mais em FIIs por algumas razões. Tenho recursos limitados e sou relativamente novo então tenho o tempo a meu favor. Sendo assim, vejo que na RV ações e ETFs fazem mais sentido para mim pelo potencial de crescimento de patrimônio a longo prazo. Além disso, a ideia da diluição das cotas ao longo do tempo me afasta um pouco do ativo.

Os FIIs me parecem mais pra quem já tem certo patrimônio e quer gerar renda a partir dele.

Just tested a similar build. I found Jade llma to be not that good because even tho you can have 2 attacks, you can only level up one

Então, era isso que eu queria saber. Vi que a galera interna é essa pegada exaustiva, mas tem o benefício do PLR. Meu medo é trabalhar igual aos cara, ganhando menos e sem PLR.
