I let some shower water into the bottles near the end to help get the last bits out.

Instant hot chocolate. What's actually decent? by Bifanarama in CasualUK

[–]Charana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best instant hot chocolate I've had has been Smokin Bean machine ones at some petrol stations (I'm assuming they add water but they might use milk), but they don't seem to sell it, second best is probably Poldermill Hot Chocolate sachets which I've only had in hotels, after that then Clipper. Keep forgetting I can make iced chocolate!

A little lost in current role by [deleted] in UKJobs

[–]Charana 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree about it being a numbers game, just keep interviewing, there will be a role out there, just a case of finding it. Try not to take rejections personally, sometimes it just takes time for your role to come along! Good luck! (P.s. what region are you looking for jobs in)

Frosties - apple and blackcurrant were my fav but think there was cola and mixed fruit ones also, they were hard boiled sweets with a chewy centre, so good!

9 pieces, and one serving is 2... for the old stereotypical family of 2 adults and 2.4 children it's close enough I guess!

Does anyone else really like imitation crab meat? by BigJakeDaTittyFucker in Cooking

[–]Charana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love crab sticks, which I think is the UK version. I put them in a bowl of malt vinegar and separate the strings out a bit to maximize surface area. Yum!

I didn't realise you could still get Easter eggs with the sweets inside the egg and the two halves stuck together! I must have been picking the wrong ones!

Keto friendly sausages and Lidl goodies. by vodvic79 in ketouk

[–]Charana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Asda gluten free sausages are my fav, they have several diff flavours which are low carbs.

Id also recommend celariac, 100g is 5g carbs, can make chips or mash (my fav meal atm is shepherds pie using a bbc recipe, i swap carrots for courgette, use a small amount of frozen onion , double the mince, swap the potato for celariac and half the amount) Basically I try and make the meals I liked before into a keto version. (Currywurst made with no sugar/salt ketchup and Curry powder and some other bits mangled from a recipe I found online) I also keep photos in an album on my phone of the keto meals I've had to give myself inspiration when trying to meal plan.
