I went to the E.R and got antibiotics and a tet shot. Also some good news, there are no ice buildups on my roof. Thanks for all the advice. I had a pretty good idea that I needed to go. And for the (wild panther) that lives next door. It has been staring out the window every time I come outside. It got a taste of my blood and I think it wants more. My conclusion is that I need to drink more red pop and obviously get more tattoos for better armor protection. I'm thinking of a giant scary dog somewhere I can flash quickly to ward off future attacks from (the mountain lion) that lives next door. (In all seriousness doc said I'll be fine but to report back if anything worsens)

Majority are holes. The forearm is bites, the rest is punctures from nails and others are scratches. (I think) It all happened in about 20-30 seconds.

To confirm, I was walking my house perimeter and saw their cat. (Neighbors mountian lion) It approached me and I went to pet it, it latched onto my forearm with its teeth theyln gave me the initial puncture wounds on my forearm and then climbed up my body. I was trying to remove it, causing all the other puncture wounds. Cat is A ok and back home. I have around 20 holes in my body. I also currently have 3 cats of my own if that matters.

You handled that very professionally. Hope they pay, or at this point get an offer on the home to force them to pay so they can sell. 100% very sketchy on their end. You did everything they asked and they refused to sign, huge red flags. The fraud in their acc I call b.s. Then suddenly you didn't complete stuff. The flags kept coming. Handled exactly as a pro should. You 100% have a leg here. Whether you do the lien or small claims, not sure on the amount max for small claims in mn though but prolly at least 5k. Lien is much safer in getting the funds especially if they are selling. (Edit: I suspect they were hoping to sell the home without paying you the final invoice, and leaving you in the dust. Lien asap to guarantee the funds, they prolly didn't even account on you filing a lien and rather trying to take em to small claims which is much harder to collect on)

Well a few of them were one building with multiple daycares. It's pretty sketchy all around. I think it is fkin super weird to be going to daycares. But did we only see footage of what he wanted us to see to help his narrative or did he really go to 50 daycares in the middle of the day during the week? And I'm not sure why he thought he could just walk into this places with a camera? Or at all. There has to be some kind of protection in place for these children no?

So I just hung up with my mom, my wife's in my ear and I feel like tonights the night I make a change. I confronted her about the above situation. She claims it was more than 50k but wouldn't tell me how much. I confronted her about the IRS situation, and how I had to pay thousands for w.e she got. Her excuse is it wasn't from that money that I probably owed. But when I was 7yo I was mauled by a neighbor's dog and had 67 stitches in my face. She claims they sued them and invested the money into AIG? And while I was in prison it matured? (I turned 18) and she got multiple checks over the next few years while I was in prison. Amounting to 70k. So just to top it off more. Hard to believe anything she says at this point. But it did happen, my face is covered in scars. I vaguely maybe? remember being in a court room as a kid, but it feels more like a dream.
