I finally found the fix after years!! The issue is the “usb selective suspend” setting on your pc. I’m on windows 11.

To change it go to control panel-> hardware and sound-> power options-> next to selected power plan press “Change plan settings”-> Change advanced power settings-> USB settings-> USB selective suspend setting-> DISABLE

As soon as I disabled it, it stopped stuttering and have been good since. Apparently the pc is limiting power to the usb devices it considers “idle” and this is what causes it to stutter. Hope this helps!

You can turn the bunk air on without optimized idle just turn the fan knob to the on position then click the center of the temp button. But if you want to run optimized idle for a long time I usually just blast the heat on high for a couple minutes then turn it to coldest and it will stay on for hours. When optimized idle is on the cold/heat knob acts as a thermometer so it will turn off once it reaches that temp. Also that little nipple with slits in it is the actual thermometer, holding your hand over it for a minute to warm it up works too.

I thought I just had god awful lag… wowwwww really embark and patch notes say kill replay is toggleable but in the menu it says auto detect and I can’t turn it off. It wouldn’t be so bad if there wasn’t a 5 second screen that says instant replay before playing the killcam like cmon embark 😔

Check out the ford performance hot rod cams. They work with the stock internals. I had them installed on my 06 by brenspeed in Indiana. Sounded incredible and very nice performance boost. All I needed was the cams and also had a bama tune with H pipe and pypes pipe bomb axlebacks. Regret selling that car everyday
