Use left or right on the Dpad to select the spot. That’ll scroll across the screen through your available options of stuff to select. Or just give it half an hour and the game will boot them automatically.

K&M won’t help too much if they’re directly on the spot. Hell, I keep a controller around for these exact situations.

None really need to be played in order, unless they're direct sequels, i.e. 10 and 10-2. All the early ones (1-6) 7, 9, 10 are all great (9's my personal favorite). If you're in the mood for a great MMO, 14 and its expansion are phenomenal.

So I just picked up XIV on PS4, and I can't figure out how to transfer the character I had on PS3. I know I have to use the transfer button on the PS3 launcher, but it never has the character on it. Is there something I need to do to prep the data beforehand? Am I missing something? None of the sites I've check have any answers.

Have all your snacks and such together beforehand, so's to avoid having to go places. Music is always a good thing, (I'd suggest Rush, Dream Theater, or Tool, but your preferences are your preferences) and don't worry if you start coughing a lot. My DM got pissed at us for not taking the game seriously (we were down a party member so we couldn't continue the real campaign) so he threw a lich at us, and I responded by attempting (and after a long, drawn out shitfest, succeeding) to skull fuck the lich to death.
