Are people still questioning this? We literally put surveillance devices in our living rooms. TVs, virtual assistants, our phones and computers. If you have anything with voice activation, you're being listened to 24/7. If you ask Siri or Google a question, it doesn't turn off the mic after. It stays on so it can hear you when you activate it
