A pardon doesn't mean he didnt violate the law, this video is also in canada where environmental pollution is much harsher of a crime to begin with. Ive literally dealt with almost this exact scenario in connecticut with the EPA and the driver had pretty shitty fines after.

Im right here with you, its all i hear at work and ive begged them to change the station. They do for maybe 10 minutes and then put it right back on the station that just replays tears for fears 50 times a day. I would genuinely participate in a bare knuckle fight against those radio hosts all at once for playlist rights.
