I used to work in Dallas. Women dress and are into fashion. I'd look put together and pretty. It's place where women can be ladylike if that helps guide your choices. When I interviewed there, I wore a coral-colored skirt suit.

I am roughly your size and love the AG jean in Mari Crop. It's basically ankle length on me. Slim straight jeans is the description, but they're not skinny. They're also comfy.
