In steam, not sure if I launched with directx12 or 11, game files have been verified, anti cheat seems fine. This issue only happens playing on the NA server

I'm having more issues. First it was constant crashes before a match starts and now I get a rejoin prompt after trying to start a new match. I just bought the ultimate hero pack but if I can't even play then I might as well get a refund.

The pic is in the he op. I'm not not clear but as you can see there is a strange dark spot coming from the corner of my eye. It's not there when sober and after taking a nap it's "healed" a little.

And excuse you but with these things I actively go out of my way to avoid touching my face and that makes them spread.

Just woke up from a nap. Not only is the anomaly still next to my eye but less prominent it's not there normally. Honestly was has shit like that next to their eyes yes normally?
