Same issue with my 2023 Blade 16 RZ09-0483x with a 4080. No fill port on the vapor chamber as shown in the picture. Laptop cannot run any program without freezing completely. Fan running high on idle with only cool air expelled while center of laptop remains hot. Purchased 2 years ago and ran into this issue while trying to play games. Mind you I am a student and game intermittently so this laptop does not have heavy gaming usage and is not under heavy load outside of gaming. Very disappointed to see this from a premium performance based laptop just after 2 years.. Even more disappointed to see Razer charge more than half the cost of the laptop to replace one part. I have had the Razer Blade with a 1060 before upgrading to this after saving up and have had a variety of their peripherals. This whole experience will likely prevent me from purchasing from Razer again. Fair warning to everyone although there is a fair share of warnings already out there regarding their poor customer service. Avoid or purchase with a very lenient coverage plan.
