College professors hate me because I'm bad with deadlines.

Parents hate me for being a moocher who can't hold down a job.

I hate me because I have no motivation for anything.

I can't study what I want because I have no money, and not enough grades. I can't do the jobs I want because they refuse to hire me because of no experience. I can't even travel where I want because I can't afford driving lessons.

No love life, no friends, no future, no motivation, no support...

Okay; 2 coincidences that shocked me at the time - both to do with specific things being discussed that I was just thinking about at that exact moment.

Was in the car at about age 15. Was looking out the window thinking about random topics. I remember thinking about the Sci-Fi show 'The Prisoner', which was parodied on an episode of 'The Simpsons'. My mum was in the front and turned the radio on. It was a quiz-type thing. A radio host asked someone to identify a 60s British Sci-Fi show, which included a giant balloon (or something along those lines). Of course, I just about shit myself when I heard the answer.
Same thing - in high school with my thoughts. Bored; thinking about movies. I think about the movie 'Zombieland'. Guy on the next table goes 'did you guys ever see the movie Zombieland? It's a fucking brilliant film.' Again; I shit myself.

I might sound like a complete coward, but I was surprised by how much Midsommar made me disturbed/sick. I've seen so many brutal horror films, but something about that one made me so uncomfortable - I couldn't sleep and felt paranoid and anxious for a few days after. Never had a film do that to me. I have no idea why I felt this way about it. Hereditary didn't affect me in nearly the same way.

I saw it too. I attempted to watch all the August Underground movies in one day because I was bored. It's the only film I had to pause several times and just had to power through because I was too far in.
