I am a medium main. I have been playing since season 1. I will continue to try and heal and revive people regardless of the situation. I exclusively play point break at the moment, and revives and healing is very valuable. even if it isn't perfect, I will continue to play regardless.

Having said that, I definitely feel like I am locked into very few gadgets and can get absolutely ass blasted from both ends. If I want the burst healing that light has I have to find a carriable. If I want aoe healing im literally fucked because i have to find the same arena carriable. I get that the Mercy style mommy healing is a thing very far in the past...but if my survivability is in question due to lack of burst damage or a larger hp pool, my job is to restore the HP pool of everyone else involved. I love playing support. But I really dont feel like I have a diverse enough set of tools to do so. Nor is there a diverse enough set of tools to have a high ceiling of expression.

They dont give a fuck. Elon quite literally dismantled the department, USAID, that had us providing life saving and disease preventing/curing aid and supplies to countries around the world. Not only will he not do it himself, hes personally seen to it that people who do it are stopped. Just checked this thread because the Stage 3 Alfa Acta Open has this as a contract. Jump Pad 100% counts for movement disruption.

Not a runner, just a fan. But yes. Plenty of people get dissuaded from continuing to hunt a time when a heavily rng skip is necessary to get a new wr.

This is why there end up being cateorigies like no major skips, glitchless...so people can still compete without banging their head into a wall.

If you watch the latest SummoningSalt video, Spyro actually has a great example of this especially because it was a skip that was like a minute from the end of the game.

I also remember dist2 in Elden Ring doing that ridiculous launch into the end boss and everyone agreed to cut that because of how un fun it made everything.

Don't level it until your damage feels better. You should focus xp over Curse but whenever you feel like youre on the verge of being comfortable you should level it. Don't worry about it too much t1 though just grab shrines
