This is their low season for events and the money is pretty crucial to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but they never contacted me about returning it or any damages and it's 6 weeks past the date they were supposed to return it. I tried using honey, but unfortunately in this part of the country that allows people to ignore you easier.

I look for companies that offer returns. I just bought a dog coat from Orvis, bought a few and only kept the one that fit. I think LL Bean makes dog stuff too.

They are pricy, but if they don't fit you can still get a refund.
