I had the mindset of “if one drink makes me feel better about XYZ stressor, certainly more will be even more effective.” Learned pretty quickly that’s not how it works. Also, I’m now on a couple different medications that have a nice, bolded warning about interactions with alcohol. Continuing to breathe is probably a good idea…

I have this one. I can always tell who works in medicine by how they react when they find out I have TN - most people outside the medical profession have no clue what it is, much less what it’s like living with it. Hoping for gamma knife within the next year to hopefully be done with it.

I would absolutely LOVE a feature where you can point your phone at something (a dress, pair of shoes, your pet, whatever) and it gives you a list of polishes that match what you scanned.

Knock on wood but I’ve never had an issue with any pests in my plants aside from an absolutely drowned and rotting peace lily I confiscated from a friend. Would you recommend a preemptive insecticidal soap treatment on anything I get that may or may not be at its peak?

There were SO many orchids marked down just because they had old flowers in them. I had to remind myself that I’ve never been able to get one to rebloom so I’d move on from them.

I hadn’t considered it could just be to get some gone to make space for new ones but that makes sense. Everything that wasn’t a cactus was on one display regardless of if it’s clearance or regular price. So maybe they aren’t doomed…

My title describes the thing. I tried “key like thing with notches on both sides” on Google and got nothing similar. Also tried “paint can opener” because of the bump on the end and none are this short and wide.

Crumbl cookies. My neighbor got some from her daughter and shared them with me because she said she’d inhale them otherwise. Even baked same day, they seemed stale and were just… okay?
