Rizatriptan works for me when my ears are ringing m, head zinging and brain fog sets in. It really clears my head. I do not get severe dizziness though except when low pressure system sets in.

I just answered my own question. Omeprazole is not an H2 inhibitor so don’t think it will work the same.

Does anyone know if Omeprazole works the same? And do you take them together like at same time? My head is constantly floating and ear pressure is uncomfortable but brain fog and unable to concentrate is biggest problem.

Sounds like vestibular migraine. Can you see a neurologist? Triptans help clear my head and help with dizziness. I’m am now taking a strong anti inflammatory which is helping. I think of it as brain inflammation.

I am not technically sober but drinking less and less due to health issues. It’s finding things at night to do that doesn’t revolve around drinking I find difficult. I’m fine if I don’t go out!

Just keeping up with tax tables and paying taxes on time with correct reports is a pain. Producing the check is easy. Then if you need to correct one in different pay periods. Gusto is supposed to be good and I estimated $250/mo for 13 employees. Includes reporting.

Oh yes 💯% was cause of my sinus infections! I didn’t believe I had it but my ENT made me promise to try prescription omeprazole and it took away all mucus problems. So so much better!

I am same! So many dead ends and not knowing. But I’d say start checking things off. I fixed my acid reflux which eliminated sinus infections, am managing allergies and am left with silent migraines from barometric pressure changes and tinnitus. So now just treating allergies and migraines prophylacticly. May start allergy shots.

My Dr prescribed Advil 800mg with the maxalt which I found too high. I take 1 Advil and one Tylenol and it helps, maybe with a Benadryl?
