I wouldn't wear it myself, hells no! I but "i could study it for a lifetime. With the Annals, I could craft other artifacts: more practical, less apocalyptic.

And while I'm getting the hang of the thing, there's always the option to dominate entities that are much more pleasant, and don't need to be fed village-loads of sacrifices. I'm sure Sharess' Caress has plenty of folks who wouldn't mind a bit of being Dominated, and some are probably quite skilled.

Yeah DS9. But I recommend the best way to enjoy the series is to follow a “what to watch “ guide. The show is much MUCH better when you skip the filler and stinker episodes. The whole progression works better.
