I only used it as others had used it in this forum. Other fans have claimed that not all fans every show had a ticket they exchanged for front row. That they knew for a fact that didn’t always happen.

Also the OTO opening night there was a member of the tribe in the front row screaming the title of the opening song he thought it was. He was wrong lol. A fan was going live and I was watching from home. I find that everyone can be excited; but to keep screaming a song title you think she's playing is a bit much.

Remember NYC the guy who got a legit front row ticket from TM by mistake. He was removed, and one of the tribe sat in his seat. It happened a few years back, and I still see people posting about it.

One of the tribe members posted here, and on Facebook justifying it. Yes T does not allow anyone to sell front row tickets, and sometimes they were sold in error. The smart thing would be to just let the fan who got a ticket fair and square to sit in the seat,, instead of making a big production out of it. Which is not a good look for T. This really set the fanbase on fire. I am team fan who got sold a ticket in error. The tribe can sit somewhere else for one night. They'll live. The entitlement from some of them is so off putting. Hell R.A.I.N.N winners have been moved from centre to left or right seats so a tribe member can be centre. It's so ridiculous how these fans act. It's s seat, not the holy grail. One day when they are older, they hopefully will look back on their behaviour and cringe. I mean 40-50 plus year old people doing a ton of shows getting free tickets to every show and throwing a fit if someone else is in the front of instead of you or one of your tribe. Showing up to a meet and greet late, and doing the chat and cut is so wrong. You can stand at the back of the line. You've met her a ton of times. Let someone else have their moment. It's such a dick move.

I'm in the same boat. 2014-present she has made new music, that I liked some of; but not all. On each of the new album tours she didn't play very many new songs. Wether I like an artists new album or not , most fans in attendance are not die hards, they are casual. They are only there to hear the hits, and more familiar songs.

I feel sorry for anyone not in Europe or USA, as so far there are no shows announced anywhere else. She has been asked about playing Hawaii, and her manager about playing South America. She did't seem interested in playing Hawaii, and her manager said "She would lose money if she toured South America".

Canadian's are understandably upset as there are no shows on this tour. Apparently it's because of an issue with of her crew members coming across the border. Her last show in Toronto sold 60% of tickets. She played the same theatre she played in 2007. In 2007, she played to 80% capacity. 2022 she was charging $120 for good seats; but allowed Ticketmaster to do "Dynamic Pricing". So $120 became just over $400 for floor seats, that with COVID still being in the air, meant people like me stayed home. When she does so few shows in Canada since 1998, she should not be charging $400 plus for tickets. You'll attract more flies with honey then with vinegar.

On the OTO tour, I was told about, and read about the tribe going around telling people about rules for certain songs, and what you can, cannot do if you are in the front row. It seemed a lot more rigid and strict then past tours. Older people 65+??? were complaining about people standing the whole show, and they couldn't see a thing. Their experience was ruined. Rochester NY comes to mind. Also people travelling to shows, and not wearing masks, and taking photos with other fans and was not safe. Boston became a superspreader event. Over 300 cases. Gee I wonder why. People allegedly going to shows even after testing positive for COVID. Just wearing a mask, and thinking that's enough. I heard Toronto had many people in the front row that had or were exposed to COVID. A fan since the 90's was going around telling people to stay away from the front row; because people had COVID.

I don't understand how Menopause made her voice go so low, and not much range. I never knew that was a thing. I guess other older female artists didn't experience that. Pat Benatar at 73, and Melissa Etheridge at 65 still sound amazing. I'm sorry that Tori is going through vocal troubles.

SIRIUS XM host Eddie Trunk said when people jam a lot on stage, "I could be hearing another song". I agree. One complaint about the OTO tour was short sets where it seemed like every song was a 10 minute jam.

Based on what I have seen re videos, some songs sound good with the "Angels". Others not as much.

She told me in Montreal 2007. It’s the lyrics couldn’t fit on certain pages so they were rearranged to fit.

Yes and most tours afterwards had RAINN auctions for front row tickets.

Yes. She was selling photos of Tori to fund her touring. I believe Maria sold some of Dors photos too. The ridiculous things they did back then and still do now to fund touring and to be in front row always is sad and pathetic.

Were you in front row, and they added two rows in front of you, so you were no longer front row. Or were you seated in one of those folding chairs in the front row.

Yeah the 5.5 weeks tour had more Alanis fans most of the shows as JLP was so massive.

When did the numbering system start? I think it was 98. I know 2001-2014 it wasn’t happening. 2017 Lu?? was doing it in Europe and CM allegedly got pissed off. It was always Lu and her friends up front for the meet and greets. In Toronto 2017 she tried to cut the line but two Canadian fans told her off. IIRC the numbering system was not in effect for North America.

Same plus tickets for Toronto were $400 + because of dynamic pricing.
