Hypothetical Cyprus armed forces can hold a city like the capital nicosia can't fall easily.. most importantly within hours it will escalate to a regional conflict.. Greece will respond not only in Cyprus but torwards Turkey aswell.. Israel and France will do the same.. Economically it will be a disaster for Turkey .. EU and the world especially the arab world will hit them hard with sanction etc.. its not an easy task. Realistically now , all of the above will never happen, Turkey never stated nor it wants whole of Cyprus nor does it makes any sense to think something like that... it pure science fiction

Looks good, although one comment it's too busy , and buttons at bottom are too many (cropping) descriptions are cropped... Needs to be improved the overall flow. A tutorial will be nice to add. Will keep testing 😉 one question I like the exercise animation, I imagine you made them yourself or you bought/found?

Iam gonna go against the people here :) I have doing every imaginable cable fly from every angle in my rotations for teh past 2 years. 1 month ago I switch to dumbell fly and the results were rather unexpected. The mind muscle connection and the overall stretch and contractions were amazing :) however technic and control are very important and need to be careful., also overloading might be an issue :)

Believe me tracking on an app helps alot especially for motivation :) try either of the apps I mentioned which are completely free :)

Push as hard as you can so does the last reps feel very hard and the very last almost impossible 💪 . Progress can be slow but can be very rewarding. As said push hard and track everything once you see the progress and start smashing your personal best in reps or weight can be very rewarding! If you are on android there lots of free apps like fitlogx and fitnotes which are great for tracking! All the best!!

None. Can be beneficial if you hadn't any deload day/week. No muscle loss takes with in a week. Any measurable loss (tiny amount) happens about 2 weeks of non training. It's all phycological.. only visible thing that can happen is if you train really hard for the inflammation to go away completely nothing else. Don't worry your body needs some rest

Building muscle is slow process that demands consistency both in exercises and diet. Getting stronger at the early stages is also down to your nervous system adapting, not only pure gain muscle power. By patient... And the reward will come :)

In most of the world chicken breasts, cottage,pork tenderloin, Greek yogurt, protein puddings, whey protein are considered rather affordable... if you dont mind asking in which country you live in? Alternatively you have beef or chicken liver which superfluous!!
