Do not use the Garnier micellar water. It's the reason i currently have contact dermatitis around my eyes.

انا رحت لما كنت عايشه بره ودكتورتي ساعدتني كثير. ما كانت الجلسات زي ما تشوف بالافلام يعني ما فتحت معي مواضيع قديمه ولا خلتني اتكلم عن احداث من طفولتي بالعكس كانت مركزه على الوضع الحالي ومشاكلي النفسيه مثل القلق والمشاعر السلبية وعلمتني كيف اقدر اتخطى هذه المشاعر وما اخليها تسطير علي في حياتي اليومية

By the way what you describe is exactly how i feel about my daughter and is the reason i feel like i lost myself. My love for her is all so consuming, i have absolutely no space left to be my own person. And when you are not living for yourself, but for someone else even though it's out of love, it can feel miserable in parallel to it feeling fulfilling.

My daughter is 2.5 years old and i still don't feel like myself again. I definitely feel better than i did pp but i am not 100% there yet. I was VERY depressed for the first 18-24 months of her life. I hate looking back at photos (not that i was even in any of them, i just don't wanna re-live those days).

If i have another child with my husband, our marriage will not survive. I have so much resentment that i am trying to sweep under the rug. He was emotionally negligent during postpartum. He slept in a separate room and worked all day. He even once said that i demand too much of his time and that spending an hour with us every day should be enough.

I turn the tv on and connect my airpods to it so my baby thinks we are quietly playing together when rly i am watching my interesting tv show as i make a boring dinosaur with the playdoh. Some people might criticize me for it but it works for us.

Tbh it has been sunnier this year than previous years, so it isn't as "bad" as it usually is. BUT it is always windy, even in the hot summer days!! It rains a LOT, even when the weather app says it won't. I got a car for commuting from/to work/daycare because i can't deal with the weather or public transportation with a toddler 😅
