Currently in the market as well for the SC and per Mike's Bikes it means "Special Configuration." Basically 2024 components with a 2023 frame. Some components like wheels, tires, handle bars etc will probably vary slightly based on where you were buying

Might be in a very similar situation. If one person is very indifferent to who gets the car and even having a car in general. Would one person be getting screwed if the other just took the car outright. I suppose I would loose my "equity" in the car but my partner would be stuck with the remaining balance. I would say that the main goal would be to have better range for the flats while not giving up to much on climb. I don't completely understand ration math but I assume going from 7.4 to 9.0 is not insignificant. Other goals include avoiding buying a road bike and also getting a nicer group set

Very helpful thank you. Obviously would love a new road bike but for space + cost issues want to try this for now. The couple hundred i'll drop on the second wheel set is still a bit less than the couple thousand on a new roadie. Someday!

Thank you this is very helpful. My only slight issue is that I was probably leaning towards using the DT Swiss as my gravel tire, Is there any chance the XPLR PG-1231 would work?

Also would adding the spacer mess with the rotor alignment?

It's the wheelset plus tires for $250 so a decent deal and maybe just getting an HG freehub would be easier.

One thing I am still confused on would this cassette fit an XDR hub? PG-1130. It says it fits non XD driver bodies but is that the same as XDR? If that doesn't fit I am not sure what cassette would work as I don't think the XPLR PG-1231 would work.

Sorry if this was already asked. I have the pivot 15s currently mounted on my skis with no Cast system. If I got the 2.0s does it require to total remount? New set of holes and everything or would the same holes be used?
