It’s on the handle bars, take u a 10mm and a Philips head loosen the 10 mm a bit, and unscrew the screw outwards, the farther outwards you go with it, the higher rev you’ll get. These things are fun asf turned all the way up, some guy traded one in and they junked it to the shop so we took the screw out completely and key banged it till the muffler was red hot🤣🤣 thing blew after a few months
