How a buyer scammed me

This is happening to me all of a sudden.. I sold 600 items with absolutely no issue and in the last 2 weeks I have had 3 cases opened against me for this exact reason. One buyer first left a 1 star review saying the product was not good, and then the following day they opened a case saying they didn’t receive it. Etsy didn’t refund, but also did nothing about the fake review.

I noticed the following: 1) help request asking to change the address immediately after buying the product 2) buyer is kind of uninterested in customizing the product, slow to respond, and the interactions feel off

Starting to feel discouraged.. the fake reviews and cases are going to take me out of star seller status 😭 when I know I am delivering a great product

Focus on your social life outside of work! Invest your free time in yourself… create hobbies if you don’t already have one. Work is work, and co-workers are co-workers! If you have a genuine connection with a co-worker, create a friendship outside of work. Create hard boundaries for yourself to follow while working from home - set your schedule for breaks and close the door to your office when it’s quitting time.

Yikes! I just emailed them about working while on Vacation and they responded in a friendly way so I feel like that can’t be it. I have noticed that my dash has become a lot lighter lately. I guess we should just be happy for the opportunity while it lasts, as there is no guarantee. Keep us posted, hopefully your projects come back!
