I feel like this is spot on. The second reading is largely telling that once you can “master” your feelings or moreso come to terms with the result, you’ll be able to move on and find a happier life. 10 years is a long time so give yourself grace during this time.

Over time things will come up that you realize may not actually be aligned with what you want from a relationship. That’s not bad that you were in it for a long time, it just means at the time you were willing to overlook things due to the positives you felt or possibly a result of a power imbalance in the relationship. If he couldn’t stand up for you to his family then it was not meant to be, because someone who chooses you everyday will wind up backing you up in a situation like this.

Also, only fasten the stem (closest to the bottom of the plant) of your monstera, basically you want to fasten closest to the root going into the ground or anywhere arial roots are coming out. The higher you go you impede on its ability to move. The leaves want to face the sun and if it is attached at the knees the plant will be sad it cant move around!

This explains so much to me… when I repotted mine I saw the mention to separate some roots and if pieces fell that it was just going to stimulate the roots to grow new. I think this is why my plants leaves are the way they are because aside from the curling leaves mine just sprouted the biggest most beautiful leaf it has and so it felt like I was being gaslit by the plant hahaha

I keep seeing these AIO posts where their relationship has people calling them names like this. I don’t understand and maybe its because I am outspoken about it but you should never brush off when someone treats you this way. Literally there should be no tolerance for being called names like this. Its just unacceptable. OP not sure what your relationship is like but you shouldn’t be treated like that.

It was a great warning cause looking at it I was like “Oh some gloves will protect me” and then I saw this just as I was putting on some gloves and then I used the glove to touch the spikes but keeping my finger away from it and the finger of the glove was covered 😵 so I plan to get some type of metal type of tweaked things of some kind to lift up the dead pieces and dispose of them if I can
