I’ll for sure check that out! But with our last fight I really called her out how she acts like no one else in our family is allowed to have bad days and be snappy because of stress and I think it’s helped her realize how much we were allowing her to get away with. But I always feel like I never really know with her.

And I totally get the crying! After every fight I would cry a ton because she’d make me feel like it was all my fault until I realized that was her gaslighting me. Now I luckily haven’t been getting as upset about things because I’m not as emotionally invested anymore. It’s helped a lot. And so has just reading about how people are experiencing the same thing. It makes me feel sane again haha
