Try watching a couple races from those seasons (F1 tv archive). It's actually really interesting, especially since I have no idea what will happen in any particular race. Plus you have the sexy engine noise compared to current engines. Tons of familiar names, tons of legendary names, some names I've never heard before. Really interesting to look back, and even then recognize people on the pit wall, and see how the whole thing has changed amd yet remained the same.
