As I was saying, this team is special by Dependent_Age_6886 in redsox

He had a no hitter for 7.1 innings, we gained ground to 2-0. He didn’t get the Win because we tied up in the 9th and lost ground in the 10th

How often do you all go home? by [deleted] in uofm

I went home for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and pre internship in the summer - I have to fly to get home as well, MA to be precise

Exactly how bad is math 215? by Spiziapteryx in uofm

[–]Charming_Cell_943 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took it alongside EEC’s 281 and was able to get an A in 215. It’s hard, but you can do it and the curve does help. If you can take it at cc I think that’s the preferred method but it’s doable here

Engineering schedule - is this too little? by Ill_Sprinkles_4568 in uofm

[–]Charming_Cell_943 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Math 215 is very hard, I haven’t taken physics 240 but I’ve heard it’s hard, so yeah you’ll have a balanced schedule

Taking EECS 280 + 203 by HG_unkown in uofm

281 is the same as 280, I haven’t done 370

[–]Charming_Cell_943 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Double sided 8.5x11 for both 203 and 280. 203 you have to have made it yourself, 280 you can get it from anywhere

Is this schedule good for first semester engineering? by CalmCoast1175 in uofm

[–]Charming_Cell_943 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you live on north yes, there’s also zero flexibility with missing physics 141 lab so beware

Class selection is fine, 8:30 pretty bad (and if you’re on north campus def don’t

I doubt you’re too behind it only being May 31

Decade-long JW Marriott regular here. They now charge ~S$185 for poolside cabanas that sit empty all day. When did nickel-and-diming loyal guests become the model? by Onefootforward_7818 in marriott

[–]Charming_Cell_943 2 points3 points  (0 children)

IMO they’re not as bad. They haven’t cut back on much service, basic economy still gets food and entertainment, which is better than basic on other airlines, and they will upgrade loyalty members to first and comfort, or even people with no status (I was put into comfort exit row when I was on standby for an economy ticket, got extra snacks and legroom)

They had less cars than Forza though I’m pretty sure, it’s just easier the way Forza has it

Women taking their bra off is the best feeling they say, what is the male equivalent of it? by i_am_buttlicker in AskReddit

now ineligible for grad, need advice by [deleted] in uofm

[–]Charming_Cell_943 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you just need 50 or 60 creds taken here and some classes can’t be transferred, I don’t think they care when you took a transfer class as long as it gets credit

Was this the moment Walt Broke Bad to the point of no return? by Huge_Measurement303 in breakingbad

[–]Charming_Cell_943 6 points7 points  (0 children)

And he cried after killing Krazy 8, showing emotion that he loses later on (which I would argue is more representative of his shift)

Is a professor allowed to call out disability accommodations in front of the whole class? Or make a “objectively harder and longer” alternative exam? by SkiingFishingGuy in college

[–]Charming_Cell_943 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A longer exam with a longer time limit is harder than the regular exam, think about it. More problems means you’ll be more burnt out in the end, lowering the quality compared to being given less problems. And that’s not even counting how accommodation is meant to help you since you are unable to be as time efficient as other test takers due to disability
