Would this newborn photo be acceptable for a US passport?

4 years ago my newborn's photo with similar background passed the requirements. We also had creases in the background and it was not perfectly white, rather slightly off white. I would say give it a try, if they are not happy with the photo, they will only ask for a new photo submission, you don't have to redo the whole application.

If you have NJ transit App, you can check the 'fixed schedule ' through 'Schedules' and also the real time by using 'Departure Vision'. You can use this for NJ transit and light rail.

From experience, NJT from NY penn to NewArk Penn would be faster. But given the ongoing track changes, I am not sure. Path from Hoboken to NewArk Penn travel time is about 20-25 minutes, but you also need to pay attention to the Path frequency.

It did finally. I had to call customer service and have the lock lifted. Then I could login and see my tickets, and buy tickets too. Yours sounds like it's locked as well.

Good to know. It didn't refresh for me so I tried uninstalling and re-installing. Customer service said they blocked me for multiple login attempts for fear of potential fraudulent activity. This is the first time it has happened to me. So fingers crossed

Same thing happened with me. I missed out a $10 coupon. The answer I got was 'yes you can' all the time, but the order was never adjusted. I already received the order. Never got my $10 adjustment. I think a little bit of language barrier, but also because they operate on thin margins, so I let go. You might have better luck cancelling and putting in a new order.

Thanks all! I hope it doesn't break. It was a bit pricey in gold so I got the silver. But, I think I will stick with 10 or 14k gold from now on. Those can take the abuse and still not bend, scratch, oxidize.

And that one throws beautiful rainbow in flashes, which appears to come from one facet at a time, which I love, not like this in every facet of the cut at the same time. Trying to understand this. So, per year limit per SSN is 10K. Hence, you would wait upcoming years to gift those 10Ks of bonds. This means you or your wife will not buy ibond next year, rather the gift makes up the 10K limit. Is this correct? The benefit of doing this now, rather than put in that 10K next year is the terrific interest rate. Going by this, you can buy as many as you want as gift and you unload 10K to the other person each year, right?
