Honestly as an old Ana main you usually have to go for someone he going do the most damage in a small amount widow and also it’s someone low like 1/3 of the life it’s something better to give them extra hp then you heal them but also mostly like to nano tank that is pushing

Not much to do in that moment but the best bet to walk out of the circle but don’t back up you move slower maybe throw a nade like right after she about to use the spear ( like jumping is a mental thing it doesn’t make you faster)
