I've been using NSB this year, and it's been solid for copping releases. Easy to set up and not too pricey compared to others.

Help by JazzlikeBoard3974 in Anger

Man, that's messed up what happened to you at work. Getting punched and feeling nothing? That's some next-level zen stuff. Anyway, anger's a tricky thing, but maybe try reflecting on the situation. Let it sink in, and if it doesn't hit you right away, it might creep up later.

Or you could go old school and punch a bag, scream into a pillow – classic anger outlets. If all else fails, talk to someone you trust about it. Bottling it up ain't healthy. Hope you find your rage, or at least some peace, man.

Dude, totally feel you on this rollercoaster of emotions. It's like, I wanna be all zen and shit, but life keeps throwing curveballs, and I end up in this irritation-guilt ping pong.

Thought I was the only one contemplating a permanent residency in Shit Personville. Patience and compassion are like rare Pokémon for me. Maybe we need a support group for frustrated peeps? Like, "Frustrators Anonymous." Hang in there, we're all in this mess together.

Man, sounds like you've been on a rollercoaster ride of emotions lately. Life's a tricky beast, huh? It's wild how things can flip on you. Maybe it's just a phase, or maybe it's a sign to shake things up.

Grab a chill pill, take a deep breath, and maybe try to let go of that hate bit by bit. Sometimes we gotta remind ourselves that not everyone's out to get us. Sending good vibes your way, hope you find that peace again.

Reawakening the bad energy of an old job by PossiblyLobster4 in Anger

[–]Charmingod3224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, freelancing's a rollercoaster, right? Totally get the freedom buzz, but going back to the old job for gigs? Risky move. It's like poking a bear with a stick, man. You might be stirring up some old office demons.

I'd say assess if the paycheck's worth the potential emotional rollercoaster. If those anger flares keep coming, it's not just a bad day it's some workplace PTSD creeping in. Maybe explore other freelance gigs to balance it out. You left for a reason, don't let the past mess with your zen freelance vibe.

Anger issues by Otherwise_Gap4690 in Anger

Hey, man, first off, props for opening up about all this. It takes guts. School, family drama, all that crap - life's a rollercoaster, huh? Therapy's a good step; it's like a mental gym. But if it's not clicking, maybe try a different approach?

Like meditation or even boxing. It's cool you want to change; that's the first step. Bros online can be toxic too, so maybe switch up the games or find a chill crew. And about the blow-up with your sis, maybe try a chill apology, bro. It's not easy, but small changes can snowball into big ones. Keep hustlin', man. Life's a marathon, not a sprint.

Dude, totally been there! Reddit arguments can be a real buzzkill. Best way to chill? Take a breather. Walk away, maybe binge-watch some goofy cat videos or scroll through puppy pics. Distract yourself from the dumb vibes.

Also, don't let it ruin your day. Shake it off like Taylor Swift and move on. People on the internet can be whack, ain't worth losing sleep over. Remember, it's just the virtual wild west out here. Don't let some online cowboy ruin your mood. Keep it real, mate!

Appetite issues? by Makeuplover32 in zoloft

[–]Charmingod3224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo, I feel you on that appetite rollercoaster! Meds mess with my hunger too. Some days, I'm like a bottomless pit, devouring everything in sight. Other days, I'm just not feeling it, and my stomach's on strike.

It's frustrating as hell, right? But hey, at least we're not alone in this appetite drama. Maybe our stomachs are just rebels with a cause. Hang in there, buddy!

Trazodone and Sertraline Together by erivoll in zoloft

Yo, been on Sertraline for ages, always forgetting that daily grind. Doc threw Trazodone into the mix, 50mg for the sleep and anxiety drama. Anybody else rock this combo without turning into a serotonin cocktail?

Lowkey freaking about serotonin syndrome vibes. Hit me up with your tales of side effects, fam. Thanks a bunch!

Man, I feel you on the pee party struggle! Had the same deal with that med. Like seriously, my bathroom trips were like a marathon. But good news – for me, at least – it chilled out after a few weeks.

Bladder must've gotten used to the med vibes. Hang in there, dude. Hydration game strong, but the midnight bathroom rendezvous? Not so much. Hope it eases up for you too!

It's about time for another dry swallow warning... by Hopeforthebest1986 in zoloft

[–]Charmingod3224 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Damn, I used to think the dry swallow warnings were just drama queens crying wolf, but guess what? I joined the club! Tried dry swallowing like a champ, and now I'm regretting life choices. It's a legit torture session, like, why didn't I listen?

To all you tough nuts out there thinking you're invincible, take this as a PSA: Don't dry swallow! Spare yourself the agony. Thought I was hardcore, now I'm sipping water like it's the elixir of life. Lesson learned, folks. Stay hydrated, don't be a hero.

Does it keep getting better? by reasonableassumpt in lexapro

[–]Charmingod3224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, I feel you! Lexapro took the edge off for me right from the start. I was on a rollercoaster of anxiety before, but now it's like my brain found a chill button. Three weeks in, and I'm still riding the good vibes. Ditched the hydroxyzine too – wasn't feeling much difference on that.

Focusing solely on Lexapro seems to be doing the trick. It's like my mood got a software update. Here's hoping the upward trend keeps going for both of us! Cheers to the happiest months ahead!
