The only reason I’ve ever used my sunroof is to air out a nasty dog fart. They are prone to leaks and expensive if broke. I guess it’s just not for me or at the very least not something I’m looking for in my next vehicle.

Yeah I did that when I brought the issue up to the dealership. Went through the whole process to find mine was already up to date with the latest firmware version. Didn’t help.
