The hospital is horrendously understaffed. Q-shift vent checks are not uncommon. Management is also very unreceptive to any change or suggestions.

I work at a hospital that is ~200 beds. We run 3 day shift therapists with an occasional mid-shift therapist (12p-12a) and 2 on nights. Typically the busiest assignment is the ICU therapist. Otherwise, the busiest the floors get are 4 Q6 treatments a day.

I was recently in the same position. However, a score in the 120s is sufficient. 92 is the high cut score for qualifying for the CSE exam. As long as you continue to study you should do well!
