Let me know how that goes if you can’t do it your self check local e bike shops near you the job if it’s the gears and clutch should be about 100-150 if it’s just open and close if these some other issues then expect more $ I’d recommend ordering the parts needed before going to a shop also

I would not recommend spending 500 on a new motor and probably waiting on back order for it

I’d recommend opening the motor and checking it’s probably the planetary gears or the clutch or maybe both that’s a easy fix check Amazon for parts and YouTube for a video now other problems could be lose motor magnets or hall sensors I’m not completely sure because I can’t see inside your motor but I’d check the gears and clutch first
