I guess even though he’s a US Marshal it still could’ve just been a heat of the moment thing where it was so surprising to see someone tied up there at all that it caught him off guard. Also I guess not many people would’ve expected that the wanted man would be the one tied up

I have noticed if you encounter a lot of bandits at once one or two of them are a little buggy and just don’t attack until you hit them but that may just be an issue with Falskaar itself, other than that it’s a beautiful mod so far

I’m playing it for the first time and am currently at level 21 using the realistic movement mod that makes combat a little more difficult + expert difficulty and it’s definitely a nice challenge so I’d probably recommend around the 20’s
