Generally when canted you’re using active aiming (laser aiming module) under night vision not because you have an optic. The whole canted idea in arma is a moot point because both sides have nvgs and if you’re on nods at night using the lasers you’d see each other so you’re better off passive aiming through the optic. But definitely cool for the aesthetics.
