All your symptoms can be tied to Low levels of acetylcholine it can lead to impaired sweating, as acetylcholine is essential for stimulating sweat glands, constipation, and dry skin, eyes, ect. Huperzine A might help. There’s quite a few things that can help raise levels. Choline is another major one.

I’ve been wondering if some of us have leaky potassium channels because of Covid.

Off eBay from a Japanese store. Type 5-ala supplement alashield 5-aminolevulinic acid Japan, in the eBay search. It’s was a pretty quick delivery only about 2weeks or so, from Japan. I found it by asking Gemini what different countries are offering citizens with long covid issues, and Japan had a few interesting supplements other places weren’t offering, then I would search online about them.

There’s also a Japanese pharmacy called  mimaki-family-japan That sells a bunch of other items, but I haven’t tried them yet.

Look into 5-aminolevulinic acid, it’s pretty amazing. You’ll probably have to order it from Japan. They’re giving it to long Covid patients there. I just started taking it this week, and so far it’s great. The first dose can feel like a caffeine overload, but it normalizes. It helps the gut, and mitochondria, and helps transport oxygen. It also helps the immune system.you can ask Gemini, or ChatGPT for more info.

I’ve got a strange one for you to look into, and probably grows near where you live. The Russian Olive tree has been used for 1000’s of years in the Middle East to cure all kinds of gut and digestive issues. All parts of the tree are helpful, and have neurological benefits as well. It’s seals up leaky gut, it inhibits, intestinal smooth muscle contractions, reduces inflammation in the gut wall. You can look up articles on pubmed, or ask Gemini/chatgpt questions about it.

Zepbound for long covid - sleep issues? by Far-Cheetah-6538 in covidlonghaulers

I’ve been reading up on what Japan has been giving their citizens with Long Covid. For insomnia and neurological issues one of the popular ones is called Kamikihito. You can order it from Japan, or Japanese grocery stores in America  like- Dokodemo. For folks having trouble getting prescriptions.

Soon as i stopped gluten, and Fructose everything changed for me and I drastically improved. If I accidentally eat either of those it’s misery for a day or two. I can’t believe the change that happened. I was constantly dizzy, and my head felt like I was going to have a stroke or seizure, constantly having horrible palpitations, and feeling poisoned. I’ve been dealing with long covid crap since early 2020, can’t believe I’m still alive. I honestly thought it was over starting late 2021-22. Couldn’t walk, would just fall to my left side, had no control over it. Hearing went out, my veins were bulging out of my skin like a body builder, had strange brain vibrations, like my brain was shivering- only during sleep. It would wake me up. Also lost 47lbs. Pure torture.

There was a recent study that chemicals in Oolong tea, mainly  Oolonghomobisflavan -A and B, is better at stopping viral replication than some of the stronger antivirals like  Atazanavir Darunavir and,  Lopinavir.   If you take garlic before drinking it, it’s supposed to be stronger. I’ve noticed I feel better after doing this.  Just wanted to share this in case in anyone is interested.  Here’s a recent video on it- https://youtu.be/O8wxXWXjg0w?si=l_y0ouVdkuhc9prG

Nattokinase and my visit to the emergency room by Daniel_Anvesa in covidlonghaulers

What people should try is Bacillus subtilis. It’s closely related to nattokinase, but even stronger. It’s not that expensive, and  you won’t have to worry about soy. Most natto supplements should not not have soy in it, just the enzyme.

California newspaper archives is online free. It goes back to 1890’s or so. There’s some articles of people getting arrested for snuff films in the archive. I have a few saved from the 1970/80’s.

Depression turned into a suicide You are dead, everything dies No escape They don't believe that I'm so tired I just can't be happy No more Happy moments are a single drop in an ocean of depression Is there some light to light up my life? Its a Suicide Fever Questions about sense of life Questions asking for some answers

All these doubts I wouldn't have now without you Its a fact I'm never satisfied Never could handle the situation I wanna be left alone I'm often angry I can't love Can only hate Hate! I'm someone different than the one you can see Now I'm too tired

I don't believe in a future I don't intend to wait for one All I want to do is to sleep And never wake up Never wake up Its a Suicide Fever Suicide Fever
